Immunoshield is a company that specializes in medical services delivered at the patient’s own residence/workplace. Our group of doctor founders saw the need to solve the issues faced by individuals needing appropriate medical services for them or their loved ones yet are unable to visit clinics or hospitals because of logistical reasons.
By bringing their medical needs right at our patients’ doorstep, we are able to contribute to the battle against vaccine-preventable diseases as well as provide herd immunity for those unable to receive our vaccines. By bringing laboratory testing to the workplace, we eliminate the need for patients to wait for hours at laboratory centers and lose a day of work in the process.
Our overall contribution to society is to protect the community by administering vaccines and medical services in the safety of their own home/workspace. We hold true the famous words of Benjamin Franklin, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”

Why we do it?
Younger generations have been able to live longer and healthier compared to their parents and grandparents due to the advances in the health industry. Some will never encounter diseases such as measles, chicken pox, and pneumonia in their lifetimes largely because they have been given the appropriate vaccinations at some point in their life. Vaccines have been so effective at curbing the rise of vaccine preventable diseases that people actually forget its crucial role in their overall well-being.
With the rise of anti-vaccine sentiments brought upon by fake news and irresponsible journal articles, there has been a dramatic resurgence of diseases long thought to be eliminated or well controlled. It is in this context that we at Immunoshield believe we should step in. We, as healthcare practitioners, believe that it is our duty to combat this resurgence by administering context-appropriate vaccines and at the same time educating our patients regarding its benefits to oneself and to society as a whole.
